Add New Button To Mark Thread As Solved

It is useful to be able to see if a thread is solved
- perhaps it contains a solution to current reader's problem etc
Many members are frustrated that OPs forget to mark their thread as solved
- seeing the thread marked as "solved" is satisfying to anyone who has helped solve the OP's problem

The issue:
The option to marking a thread as "solved" is hidden away under thread tools at top of thread

Suggestion:
- make the option more accessible by adding a new button alongside the "Reply" button and name it "Thread Solved"
- the button would appear visible to thread originator and moderators etc but not anyone else replying to the thread
- clicking the button would:
a) mark the thread as solved
b) open the normal reply window
