I don't think there is, but if it helps at all, I copy and paste useful posts into my OneNote noteboook, which automatically stores a direct link to them.

Dont think there is any way to do that the way you want. Only Save for each 1
You can try third party software to save full site for offline access, like HTTrack or many others.
Before you answer you don't want download full site check options in this software.
On the face of it, Sandy, that's not a bad suggestion! I've used HTTrack in the past, and it does allow access to sites that require a log on. In terms of filtering, though, I think it only allows you to say how 'deep' you want it to go - I don't remember it being any more refined than this. There may be other similar software that offers more, though.
