Unable to Open or Download Attachments - Microsoft Edge

    Unable to Open or Download Attachments - Microsoft Edge

    Starting yesterday (8/12/2017) at some point in time I'm unable to open or download attachments in Microsoft Edge...the File Name has changed. I DON'T have the same issue with Chrome. Anyone else experience the same?

    This issue appears to have been resolved by Dr ME PhD...don't know why...wish I knew...but it works...
