    Use the Thread Tools link at the top of the page.

    Next select which option under Thread Tools to mark "Closed",
    e.g. Show Printable Version,..., Mark this thread as solved... etc.

    Only moderators and administrators can lock (close) threads. Use "mark as solved" to show that you have reached a resolution.

    You do not need to do anything in the locked thread to which you linked above.
