Not getting any responses

I've posted a few times, not had many replies or activity.

After my first post didn't get much response, i tried again each time trying to add as much detail as possible but no one seems arsed to reply.

I'm not advanced, I'm simply trying to learn and looking for help from better and more experienced people but no one wants to know.

Very off putting

No, it doesn't work like that here. The vast majority of queries are answered promptly and solved pretty quickly. For the most part, it is requests that are poorly worded and/or vague that don't get resolved quickly.

This thread is not a suggestion for improvement, and as such, it is closed. If you wish to complain, please do so via PM to an administrator.

Re: Not getting any responses

I would add to Ali's observation that ALL members here, from Admin on down, are all volunteers, who offer their time and skills/experience for free. As such, members are not always available at all times, but help out as and when they can.

It sometimes happens that a member who may be of help, is not on-line at the time the question is posted. This could also coincide with a time when the forum is busy, and that thread gets pushed further and further down the list as new threads are posted. Eventually, the thread could end up 6 or 7 sheets of threads down the list, and get lost in the clutter. This particular thread was on page 6.

If you do not get a reply within a day, "bump" the thread by asking, for instance, if more detail or info is needed. This will push the thread back up to the top of the list again.

(I have re-opened this thread and invite further comments)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford
