Cannot post any formulas, even inside CODE tags

I've gotten a Securi Firewall block notice on several attempts to post formulas today. It keeps saying there's HTML code. As I always do, I've been enclosing my formulas in CODE tags, but I'm still getting the error. I logged out, cleared my browser cache, closed my browser, and logged back in. The error is still occurring. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you are using square brackets or angle brackets put a space after the open bracket and another before the close bracket.

There seems to be some "updates" to the site that make things less easier to do.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Have you tried using the fx icon at the right hand side of the ribbon?

    This is a formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

It seems to be fixed now, for whatever reason.

Having said that, it was, as dflak (and protonLeah) mentioned, angle brackets. Thanks!
