    When to go to commerical

I see and respect the admonishment to not post an issue in multiple places. However, if my thread is not getting a solution, can I post it to the Commercial area?
I want to respect the forums rules.

Re: When to go to commerical

William - how rapidly were you expecting your question to be answered?

Please remember that those who help here do so voluntarily and of their own goodwill. They live in many different time zones and many will be out at work right now if they are not asleep on the other side of the globe. This is not a paid 'service': members will help when they are ready and able to do so, and not 'on demand'. If you get the help you need within a day, that's fine, but you really should not count on it. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Going the commercial route will not make anything any faster. What you pay for is the bespoke provision of a solution, and not just help with your problem, but those with access to the commercial section and allowed to help there are much smaller in number.

Morphlinqq - being able to show an avatar is a privilege you earn after some time here. Two posts doesn’t get you there - sorry.

We look forward to your starting your own thread with the query that brought you here.
