I'm not sure what is going on, but I can't post Excel attachments.
There is a message that keeps saying that it has blocked my IP address

I encounter the same problem. Is your's in the meanwhile solved? Regards, Hans Troost
We have set up a rule that the firewall blocks attachments (not file uploads) for members with less than 5 posts. This is to try and help block spam
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thanks for your answer.
In the meanwhile I googled a lot and later remembered that I had seen something like my solution:
I removed all less than and greater than symbols from my original message and that helped me skipping this blocking.
I bit curious: what is the rationale behind this firewall setting: blocking messages with these characters?
best regards,
Hans
I assume the firewall thinks they are HTML tags and thus spam or a virus, therefore blocking the post
Aaah, thanks
