I can see threads I have created in the past but when I click on them I am denied access. I have need again for one of the solutions I have already paid for in the thread.

You will be able to access them, I think, via advanced search.
Click on the magnifying glass top right to access the dialog, and then fill in just your user name and hit search - the CS threads should show up with a yellow background.
Let us know how you get on.

When I search my threads, none of the Commercial Services threads show up.
I can see my old threads in the commercial services but when I click on one I get this message,
Butcher1, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
If it matters, the threads are over 4 years old.
And you definitely created these threads using the same ID (Butcher1)?
There is no reason why you should not be able to access them, and I have never seen this reported before.
Correct, I can only see my threads and no one else's.
I don't know why you can't access them, and I am sorry you have this issue, but there is nothing I can do to help, unfortunately, except raise it with an administrator, who will then need to contact the tech team. I will do that now.

Thank you.
I can see 3 CS threads - all in 2016. Does that sound about right?

See if using 1 of those links works for you - if not, post back here to let me know and I will push this to the tech team
What exactly were you after? Perhaps I can copy the file here (unless it contains sensitive data)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

I still get the message about not having permission to view the page with all three link. The spreadsheet I am after is posted in the thread, Macro to create tables and named ranges based off of input. If the solution spreadsheet could be posted here, I would greatly appreciate it. There is no sensitive info in it.
Here you go. I will still push this to the tech team though, you should be able to access your own threads.
Thank you for that.
Happy to help and thanks for the feedback
I just bought more points to post a new problem in commercial services and now I can gain access to all my old threads. Apparently access to old thread is granted/denied based on whether you have available points.
