No, I'm not (if I were, we wouldn't be having this conversation). I've been here long enough and busted my guts often enough behind the scenes to try to get the real boss to get the site updated and brought into the 21st Century to no avail - it is an exercise in knocking your head against a brick wall and is immeasurably frustrating. So please have very, very low expectations for any improvement to avoid disappointment. You need to know that he (Vai) really isn't interested in you, the user, or any of us: he's just interested in whatever money he can spin from this for himself (which isn't that much these days, as the Commercial Services section is pretty quiet).
