    Expand forum rule for attachments

As a new member trying to find solutions within existing posts I found the recent post "Copy cells from one worksheet to another while skipping blanks" by gawk1980 started 23/2/2013. It with its attachment showed great prospect to examine for issues I am trying to work through. The main data is all missing though because most of it comes via links to a not provided database.
The Forum rule could include a recommendation that all data from other sources should be pasted as values only into the attachment.

The reason the data was missing was because it was confidential data.

    Yes I understand that concern
The data itself doesn't have to be accurate if confidetial issues are of concern.
If the file is provided in requesting assistance, it should be in a state capable of running and doing the things the provider expects without stopping due to the lack of data in another file that has not been provided.
