Issue - Unable To Upload File

I am unable to do upload and I have tried different files and with different threads but no success. Unknowingly I have taken a screenshot for attaching it with this thread but even that's also I am unable to attach.

Please rectify this issue as soon as possible

Have you used the "Improved" import wizard or the "Basic" one ? The latter seems to work better

Hm... Not only this too many... now the notification under the settings are not showing the threads which gets additions. Even this thread is not shown their for me and I seen the update of your threads manually

I am using the drag and drop system and I am not aware whether that is Basic or Improved one, I know this method of attaching only, if another method is there then please redirect me I will give a try for it....

I believe this issue is started after 11 AM (IST) and the below is the thread in which I have done last attachment.

Ok, since its past 11am today that you are facing the issue, you need not worry. There is some issue in the database and the tech team is working on it.

You should be able to upload files as usual in some time. Also, try using the basic uploader and let me know if you are not able to attach files using it as well.

I don't know where I can get the Basic Uploader can you please explain where and how I can get it?

I tried to upload the screen shot using the Picture Uploader (Insert Image) even that is not successful

Go to settings -> General Settings -> 2nd last option Enhanced Attachment Uploading:-> Select Enhanced Attachment Uploading off.

Tried to upload (4 to 5 times) using Basic Uploader too... but getting the below error

We are currently facing issues with the database. Do not try to upload now. I will keep you updated once the issues are resolved and then you can try.
