click on settings (at the top of the screen), then select "edit profile picture" on the left, under "My Settings"

2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

It's not appearing on my account.
I have looked through the rules, I know its there but cant find it - there is a rule some place about needing a certain number of posts before the forum will allow you to upload pitures and avatars
Yes, you need to wait till you can be a few months old in the forum for you to have a profile picture.
