Rule #1 infractions

I inadvertently encountered this and think as an issue it may be an easy fix. I replied to a post after a forum moderator tagged it for a title issue. The OP changed the title and I thought it was fixed and OK to proceed. I was wrong.
So I was thinking about this and thought it might be nice for a spot on each forum page that when a post is flagged the moderator can put a symbol (like a red light or stop sign or something else) that would indicate to people who would reply that this has been flagged. Then when the OP corrects the issue and the moderator agrees they can either remove it or change it to a green light etc.
That might help lessen any confusion.

We (Mods) don't have any tool, that let us know if the OP complied with our request. So many times happens to don't follow the thread that we requested anything about forum rules.

We have asked from TT to provide us with such a tool(green light. or anything like this). Only Admins could know if TT has something to tell us about this.

This has been sent to the tech team for addressal. I will keep you all updated.
