ask about buy a old computer

Dear Guys!
I want to buy a old computer. it has process:
Intel (R) PENTIUM (R) dual CPU T2390, 1.86 Ghz
ram: 2GB
SYSTEM: 32 BIT
it have been using for 6 years ago.
Cost is 150$
So
Should I buy it ok?
Please give me some comments.

I wonder about hardware the computer, I dont know to check hardware the computer.
I downloaded software check hardware. It said normal.
