Yes. Generally I'm more surprised when it does work.
I've responded to a couple of threads this morning, both after 10:00, including the circular reference issue. Seems ok at the minute. Have been seeing problems on and off but not sure if it's the firewall or the server.
To be fair, I think we blame the firewall for what we see when it's (probably always) the site.

Ahh, getting to be a bit of a PitA. So many little foibles to contend with.
