Thread Needs Moving to VBA Section

It has become apparent that this thread is a VBA issue: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...41#post4510141

Can it be moved to the right section?

Re: Thread Needs Moving to VBA Section

    Hi Ali,
I find this a lot with posts I answer.
Things often cross over or an OP is not sure what solution type is best.
I think your best bet is if you make that request with the Report Button ( On the first Post) , then some action may be taken. ( Sorry if you already did that )
But It has often been discussed whether a “General Excel “ should also include VBA macros, like at MrExcel. Often it comes out that a VBA solution is better when the OP wanted a Formula, or vice versa

I think as there is often overlap, Moderators often do not always consider it worth moving such a Thread. But I think the Report Button is the best option for asking that. Just a suggestion

BTW. The Forum Software seems to be playing up again , taking ages to load

    Alan

Re: Thread Needs Moving to VBA Section

    Hi, Alan!

I do often report posts in that way, and actually posted this in the wrong place - I meant to post to the Call in the Cavalry thread!!! Anyway, that thread is now resolved.
