need to delete thread - so i can moved question commercial

Deletion of Threads, Are forum Guru's allowed to do this or is it only Mod's and Admins?

• I had already asked a moderator in a PM yesterday, but does not look like he has been online since.
• I need to delete thread - so i can moved question commercial – of course if someone solves it before then there would be no need to do this
• I have already bought some points - So i can get this one solved.
• I am aware that I am unable to repost until this one was deleted.
