In the attached wb there is a small calculation showing how it is in Russia.
How is it in your countries?
I am asking this because it looks very strange to me to charge VAT on payroll tax, it is unclear with social security too.
In my country Vietnam, for example:
Salary=100
-Social + Health Insurance: 8%= 8
- Personal cost = 9
-Income tax (5% to 32% for salary 100 to 500, for instance) = (100-8-9)*5%=4.15
=> Net income: 100-8-9-4.15 = 78.85
No VAT for Income. VAT is only for cargo to sale and buy, I think.

In case, you did not notice, i talked about company account, assuming it is profitable and pays VAT. How much must it be on its account to pay salaries and all concerned payments.
