Re: Do you want to change Sucuri to another server?

I could write a book on problems I am experiencing with the site. I have not received any e-mail notification for over 3 months. Since last month, the site will not log-in me auto since I have the joined the forum. When I tried to log in using my details, I get an error, so I browse the site as a non-member with no access, but the funny thing is when I go in to page 2, Bingo! I get back my user name and password auto filled, so everything is back to normal. I now have learned how to log in: I go straight in to page 2 and then back to page1 to log in as if I am a member. I do not complain any more as many have done in the past-nothing seems to change with the owner of the site.

I suggest, the owner should go back to basics and re-write the site using a different technology, instead of token adjustments.

    ROTFL
    I must try this way
Now I log in from different countries (different IPs) but your way seems to be easier.

it's because ssl isn't implemented properly. you'll probably find that you're navigating to the http version, but are logged into https. I do this too as it's what I have bookmarked. navigating to another page kicks you onto the https version.

though it must be noted that the https version is poorly implemented too (enough to make it worthless)

No matter how this pole comes out, and no matter what discussions take place, I doubt management will even consider changing from Sucky, this has been discussed quite a few times in the past

The management won't even address the SPAM issue, so they are hardly likely to be bothered about any other inconvenience to the users of these forums.

You can roll your eyes as much as you like, Sandy - your poll will not make the slightest bit of difference (unfortunately).

Sucuri is neither well-devised nor well-implemented. I vote no (for what it's worth).
