Is it possible to have a bluetooth device that deliver all the audio from the phone?

Hello Excel's ninjas, just crashing my mind on this one,
all I want is to work at my job and not make a lot of noise with my cellphone because I'm getting a lot of incoming alerts that regards to my other business, and I don't want to make a lot of noise all the time,
so I figured my best way to go is to wear a Bluetooth device on one of my ears, and just get those alerts from my smartphone, those alerts comes from multiple sources inside the phone so I just must buy a Bluetooth device and somehow make it deliver all the audio from my cellphone and not just the incoming calls.

best place to ask something like this, all the smartest people in one place, how didn't I thought about it, I burnt the entire day seeking for an answer, thanks for any help

Not entirely positive, but I think such a setting as you're looking for is dependent on the phone you have, not the Bluetooth device it's paired to.

I currently do this from my Galaxy S8+ with BT ear buds. All you need to do is pair them, and off you go.

(seeing as how this IS the water cooler, we are a little more relaxed on forum rules)

most of the bluetooth devices only deliver voice calls from the phone, in order to deliver all the audio from the phone you need wireless headphone or hand free which has builtin Mic with it.

A smart watch should cover your needs. There won't be audible notifications, but you still will be alerted and can check exactly what is going on.

Not sure if it's helpful but... I recently got some high tech hearing aids that came with a blue-tooth remote microphone. I clip the microphone to my lapel and can carry on phone conversations, facebook video calls with the grandkids, skype sessions etc. I can also listen to any and all content from the phone. I get notifications without disturbing those around me.
Not germane to everyone or maybe anyone but the technology is out there.
