    Posting a thread

How do u actually post a thread without getting an error? I'm getting "You are not allowed to post any kinds of links, images or videos until you post a few times." all the time no matter if I try to post something without lings or images/videos. What's going on?

    Re: Posting a thread

You will need 10 posts. Why do you need to post any link? You can attach a workbook here, but unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Images are of little use to us, since we cannot manipulate them, so attaching a workbook is the way to go. Desensitise it first, of course.

Thread moved to the Water Cooler - it is not an improvement suggestion.

    Re: Posting a thread

Hey! Thanks for answering. The problem is that I don't need to post a link nor vid/image and I don't. I'm trying to post a thread without any of these add-ons. I removed all the attachments and everything else from my post and I still can't surpass this error...

That's very odd. In which forum are you trying to post? Clearly you have managed to post, as I am talking to you now!!!

EDIT: I see you've managed it. This thread is now closed.
