Collating Data via Online Surveys - What Are the Options?

I currently send out a survey spreadsheet to various folks. They respond and I compile each response one by one. This then gets sorted and finally I get to analyze the results. As you can tell, this is very repetitive and tedious. I would love to automate this completely.

I looked online and found a solution: Office365 forms. Pretty fine and impressive.

Obviously, part of surveys is to keep results confidential from every respondent. I'm curious if folks here have any other ideas? Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum.

As this is not specifically an Excel query, I have moved your thread to the area for general chit chat.

I presume you have looked at Survey Monkey? It really depends what you are wanting to do and how you wish to process your data - some more information about your aims and objectives would help.

Thanks a lot. I have looked at Survey monkey but having a hard time organizing data afterwards. Currently I send out a spreadsheet to the pool - say 50 people. They respond by replying and filling out the same spreadsheet I sent them earlier. I need to keep track of who's responded and sometimes follow-up. As responses come in, I enter them into excel and create different tables/graphs to analyze the data. I'm hoping to eliminate as many steps as possible and jump to the last - analysis.

So what's the problem with Office 365 forms? What is it that isn't working well enough for you there? I'm really not quite clear what you are hoping for.

OK. Well, we use Office forms where I work and they seem to work very well. I'm still not clear what you mean by "how far I can take this". What is it about Office forms that doesn't get you as far as you want?
