    Firewall preventing my uploads?

    Hi All,

I've noticed that sometimes firewall is activated when I'm trying to upload to the forum, one of the consequences of working for the Paranoid Android.

While it would be logically to bypass the Firewall, this is not possible.

Therefore, can anyone advise me of the particular text/code that activates the Firewall so I could perhaps edit the content.

    Many Thanks

It doesn't like > without a space. So if pasting a formula... add a space after any >. Or post a sample sheet...

I can tell you that Sucuri will reject anything that is HTML code - it's a protective thing to keep the forum and its members safe from maliciously injected code.

In addition, Sucuri chokes on the < and > characters, unless you place spaces either side of them as I have done here.

If you still can't post your code, then attach a workbook that contains it.

    I hope this helps.

Well, I've checked the code and cannot see any < or >. Would posting an example without # either side by an alternative? Its just an email question?

It will be what I said first in my post above - Sucuri is seeing some or all of your code as HTML.

Post the code in a text file or within an Excel workbook.

Arrow Hi ! Read this !

Often Securi rejects pure VBA code as I warned several times like for example a double Replace statement
    aka Replace( Replace( …
Here the first workaround is to insert a space between statement (without I just had the Securi message !) …

And as I yet explained for any VBA text function like here Replace just add a $ sign like Replace$(Replace$( …

Also in the case of nested REPLACE wrap REPLACE in color (text color drop down). I use black. Learned that trick from Doc Eliston (sp?)
