My posting permissions - no links

I'm unable to post links at all and looking for guidance.

I've created a thread asking for help in the VBA/Macros section. However, I'm not expecting anyone to be able to help as I am unable to post any code. I've tried using the #button and directly entering tags. Yet I've seen others able to do it in their first post.
What am I missing here? If anyone's to understand my post, it would be best if I can include the relevant code.
Also, I'm unable to post links - even to another thread on this forum. Is that to be expected?

Are you encountering the Sucuri firewall? Also, you could upload it in a sample

There is a block on posting links, until you've made a few posts. It was an attempt to discourage spammers, but it didn't work. We still have to delete spam threads manually. You can, however, attach your excel file here DIRECTLY.

Take a look at the yellow banner at the top of the page.
