Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
Posting code between tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, it also maintains VBA formatting.
I've hired developers for their VBA and DB ability before but rather than ask them specific questions about it I like to ask them to explain projects they've developed in the past. The usual why and how questions apply.
That often gives a good idea of ability level and will quickly weed out those who SAY they can write VBA and build databases leaving only those that actually have a clue where to start.
Then I give them practical tests. Show them a chunk of VBA (with the context of the file) and ask for them to translate it into words.
Only once have I hired someone that got through that test and couldn't hit the ground runnning when it came to starting their new job.

I'm all about practical application tests too, you'd be amazed how many "programmers" fail FizzBuzz.

I've never hired for VBA Dev. But general coding / logical thinking question.
1. Have iterative / recursive code. Ask interviewee to convert it to the other type.
2. Write code to list Pythagorean triples (a^2 + b^2 = c^2) when minimum value for a and maximum value for c is supplied.
Then, I usually like to see what sort of project they've worked on, and what they'd do differently given their current knowledge (if any).
