Just a tiny correction: Using formal notation in second BASE I'd use 591861 not 559893
And 29 - why not 29? Of course 36 gives the whole 0..9A..Z, but we need to reach only up to S, so 29 is enough as it covers 0..9A..S

I liked using the lower number and zeros replacing the Oh. I should have done it in Leet type. "V3RY C001". Took me about a half hour of head scratching to get the formula and understand Base().Just a tiny correction: Using formal notation in second BASE I'd use 591861 not 559893
