    Just a tiny correction: Using formal notation in second BASE I'd use 591861 not 559893

    And 29 - why not 29? Of course 36 gives the whole 0..9A..Z, but we need to reach only up to S, so 29 is enough as it covers 0..9A..S

    Having this in mind, and using your (less formal) notation we could use for instance 22 (and 35 - but it's not a big saving)

    I liked using the lower number and zeros replacing the Oh. I should have done it in Leet type. "V3RY C001". Took me about a half hour of head scratching to get the formula and understand Base().
