Pay someone for an answer?

Hi guys,

I have multiple projects I am working on.
I have had some of these project opened for months trying to figure them out/get help.

I'm willing to pay someone for answers because I really need some help on these projects (many different ones).

Is there a way to do this? To put up a reward for a solution or something?
