Newbie here and I posted some VBA in a thread with all the necessary formatting. All the lines were left-justified. I hope this can be corrected in future posts as its very annoying.

I have not seen others encounter this problem, so there is nothing that needs to be corrected.

Most likely reason is that you did not wrap it in code tags:
Click on Edit to open your post, then highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here

Where do I find a list of tags for vba?
You don’t need any - you just need to wrap the whole code in the tags you were told about. The result will be similar to post #2.
after you have constructed your code and copied it here, with the code still highlighted here, use the # just above where you are typing, it will put code tags around for you - or, use the directions in my signature to do it manually
