    Upload of file failed

Being bored and with time on my hands I spent some time setting up an alternative solution to a thread that was marked "Solved" the 3de of January this year. It seems I could add comments but after selecting a file and clicking on the "Upload" button the system chewed for some seconds and the "Chose file" filed with the name of file I wanted to upload was cleared and showed the text "No file chosen"

So I wonder is there a time limit set to a thread that is marked "solved" for uploading additional files?

No - no such time limit. I wonder how large the file is?

    Thanks Ali

    Spot on

My file was 5,4 MB and the max forum size is 1,0 MB never thought about that as the downloaded file I used was 19,0 KB and I added a small macro to set an auto filter and paste values to a target rang then remove and run solver.

The uploaded file used an array formula to get values to target range and manually run solver.

Must look into this as I don't understand how my modification made this file swell that much.
