Hi all,
Has the attachment fuction been disabled, I can't seem to attach any documents to my query.
When I click on the paper a white box just appears? any advice please?

No - that has never worked (the paper clip) in the years I've been a member. Read the instructions in the yellow banner at the top of the page.
