Adding Links to Excel Forum

I've put this question here as it does say 'General',

Regarding rule 3, how do I add al link if I've posted a question on another site.

Should it come at any particular place i.e.. beginning or end, so for example would putting;

Excel forum

https://www.excelforum.com/

be correct or do I have enclose in tags?
