I gave up and posted my issue in the general area. It was resolved a few hours later so I didn't need the services after all.
Which general area? This account is showing only two posts here - did you post with a different account?
I'm having issues with this today.
The BUY NOW button sends me to this URL https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shopp...V_SERVER_ERROR
And the page has a Paypal logo and text the says "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."
