    I'm not trying to be unhelpful, but your question is just too general.

    I don't think that add-ins are what you need necesarily: have you looked at the inventory templates within Excel?

    i agree with you and i got confused too.
    i had looked at excel template but it is not what i need,

    i think... what i need from add-ins is efficiency,
    eg: there's add-in with button UPPERCASE, just by clicking a button, instead of typing (and re-learning) formula & syntax manually.

    I don't think that =UPPER(A1) is really that hard to learn, but in terms of what you are describing, then the ones you've found already are the ones I knew of (KuTools and AbleBits).

    If this is to do with cleansing poorly entered data, then you'd be better off looking at the root cause: either train those inputting the data to do it properly or set data validation to assist.

    I don't think I can offer any further assistance.
