When do points purchased for commercial services appear in my account so they can be used?
If you go into SETTINGS, then in the left panel, scroll down until you see PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, your points should be there.
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Hmm...my purchase isn't there. That just takes me to the screen to order points but it doesn't show that I already purchased them.
Still no points...please help

Hello - I am seeing the points I paid for under the PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS section now, however when I try to go to the Commercial Services forum and post a new thread to use them, I get the message below. The link referenced just takes me back to the page to buy points, which I have already done. Can anyone advise on how I can use the points to post the issue that I am looking for paid help on?
