colouring sheet by CF

Hi,

I've received email today from one of my colleague, more less like:
"Could you take a look on sheet X.
Is always hidden, calculates properly, but I need to change some parameters for next year and I can't working comfortably with it.
Terrible interruption while scroll with scrollbar or using arrow / pageUp /pageDown....."

I've opened this sheet and indeed scrolling was practically impossible.
Data were spread around A1:BM800, so small bunch of. I've check used range, was quite matching. No weird formulas, couple of errors on results.... but nothing explained this behaviour.
After some time (I have no idea what to check), I've spot that data are so colourful and try to check CF setting..... When I was trying to open CF rules manager, I was waiting around 45 seconds to display it!!

No one dare to guess (maybe I should describe a issue better, sorry English is not my native language).
There were 7196 rules! Yes! Seven thousands one hundred ninety six rules in single sheet.
So, I am not surprise that xl has a problem with proper and fast displaying.

Don't think KOKOSEK is trying to solve a problem, but merely showing something out of the ordinary. And I must say that 7000 + CF rules is really unusual
