I've just wasted half an hour trying to post a problem with Excel, only to be told this (in the 30th minute):

Welcome to the forum.
We have an attachment facility. The link restriction is because of spam.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Please read post #4.
It's a problem with hyperlinks in Excel. No workbook needed.
If you have a problem with hyperlinks in Excel, then a sample workbook demonstrating that problem will be required.
I have moved this to the Water Cooler section.
Please start a new thread about the hyperlink issue with a suitable title in the appropriate section and attach a sample workbook as explained above.
Thanks.
I can't make a sample workbook because the hyperlinks don't work and the error dialog pops up outside Excel.
The only way to do it is take a screengrab of the dialog.
How many posts do I need to make before I can insert an image?
Or a hyperlink?
OK - then start a new thread as I explained and describe the issue in detail. You can attach screenshots in the same way as a workbook can be attached. You can add a link if you put say TWO breaks in it.
I am sorry about the 30 minutes that were wasted.
I am now closing this thread, as it has served its purpose.
You can send me a private message if you have further questions.
