Like:
It would be great to have a "tips and tricks" kind of an area (unless I'm misunderstanding the 'projects' space). For little thoughts like:

"Put the URLs of any forum threads which have particularly helped in comments at the beginning of macros"

I was also thinking:

I fully like the approach to moderating here (there is definitely some draconian stuff out there). I don't, however, find it very easy to read these new 'radiant red' posts.
Perhaps for minor infractions could we just paint the title red so the addicts can get on with the puzzles?

Well that's not very nice.. my grandfather is half draconian; although you can't tell by looking at him.

Sounds like good ideas to me.

There is a 'Tips and Tutorials' sub-forum from the main Excel Help Forum page, although it doesn't appear if you're at the 'Usenet Groups' level or below. Not much usage to date in there, probably for that reason.

We've discussed the colorful way of showing warnings and infractions, and since it's very new I'm sure we'll be tweaking it over the coming weeks.
