How do I find a phrase?
Tried enclosing the phrase in quotes - no help.
Tried putting AND between the words - no help.
Is there a way?
Searching for posts that contain the phrase "With Selection" and the word "Find". The results always come up with 197 pages, looking to narrow things down a bit.
in the advanced search you can narrow things down by searching for solved threads only, I got down to 59 entries. otherwise you could just start a new thread...
FYI, good coding won't include the phrase "With Selection". That's a habit learned from the macro recorder, as you get better and realize Excel doesn't need to select something to act on it, and doing so actually slows things down significantly, you'll stop selecting as well.
So if you're trying to do a specific kind of "find", I'd recommend opening a thread in the regular forum and positing that query. Include your example code and I'm sure every suggestion you get will have the selecting trimmed out.
