I installed this last night and whilst haven't had much time to play around it seems like a pretty good way for people to familiarise themselves not just with Excel if they haven't used it before but with the layout of commands on the Ribbon if they've upgraded.
Not sure quite what the value of being able to compare points with other people is but I guess it encourages people to progress.
As I say I've not delved in too deep but doubt there would be much to challenge the gurus on here.
