USA is having a heat wave. In New Jersey, we've had up to 105°F (41C). Average is typically in the high 80's (30C), 90's in not uncommon but over 100 is fairly rare.
How is it in your home territory?

With the humidex, we've had temperatures in the mid 40's (C) here in Winnipeg MB Canada! I think the highest temperature we've so far has been 39 degrees C. However, these last few days have been great days, not too hot during the day and cooling off nicely during the night.

Last week here in Wisconsin we saw 110' heat index. Now that the heat is moving out of the area we are experiencing a large and powerful storms. I enjoy them myself however the girlfriend hides under the covers with the cat.
My friend just had his stag do in NYC and Atlantic City - he said he nearly melted it was so hot and humid (I think he said it was ~ 36 degrees C). It's about 22 degrees C here in sunny England!
I think April was our summer - it was scorching. June and July has seen overcast weather, all in all a cra^ summer. But hey, this is England!
