Supporting Excel Users and Applets Remotely

I've been providing remote support my Excel users(clients) and applets for a few years now. The best FREE solution I found is "Join.Me" made by LogMeIn.

Does anyone have any good and FREE alternatives to this?

TeamViewer Host is running as a system service and is used for 24/7 access to remote computers. It is a best tool to provide support remotely,. Once I had a problem and I called for a phone support. Unfortunately it did not go well. When you've been pushed around as a customer, you need justice. While it is often difficult to come by, it makes a change to be able to file customer grievances in places that people will take notice. Such as the following web sites, submitted for your customer justice quest. Source for this article: Use these websites for consumer complaints against retailers
