Work around for uploading .zip files

I am trying to upload a 2,569 KB (@2.6 MB) .zip file.
Near the bottom of the Manage Attachments screen it states that the max file size for .zip files is 9.77 MB.
Is there anything that I may be doing wrong?

Try the .xlsb option instead is all I can suggest - sorry.

To illustrate a question you never need to upload a sample file > 100kb

Re: Work around for uploading .zip files

    This pertains to thread: https://www.excelforum.com/excel-gen...ml#post5646600
The poster private messaged me the link to the actual file (I reminded them about rule #8).
The actual file was 9 MB and had a lot of extra sheets that were not related to the issue so I deleted them which produced a file size of 12 MB (no idea how).
I applied my Power Query based proposal to the file and then saved as .xlsb and then zipped that to get it down to around 2.6 MB, intending to attach to a new post in the thread.
Frustrating that the info on the Manage Attachments screen isn't correct, and in fact I feel that I have uploaded larger files in the past.
