I think its great that the forum reminds you that it's saturday again
(my work week is Wed - Sun, so i sometimes loose track)
so now, before I opst anything, I copy it, so that when the server drops me...again..I at least dont have to re-type everything
Yes it is. Remind to me to go for sleeping!...I think its great that the forum reminds you that it's saturday again

My calendar is not correct. I need a new one!
It does not appears that now is Saturday Night!
It's apears Friday afternoon
The forum backup timing has been revised to Sunday 3.00am IST. Lets check this for a couple of weeks and see if its posing any issues.
Well, it's very unresponsive at the moment - is Tuesday the new Sunday?
Pete
They are working on some fixes at the moment, hence the slight delay in page loads n responsiveness. It should be better soon.
I confirm, it's tuesday, isn't it?! ))
Pete & John. The problem is that you don't have correct calendar..
You have to change it.
If you need any more information, please feel free to ask.
However,If this takes care of your needs, please select Thread Tools from menu above and set this topic to SOLVED. It helps everybody! ....

the Mayan calendar was ended! )
If it's Sunday then why I working right now?
I see it is "Sunday" again.
What about sending the "tech team" on training courses, to learn tech team stuff!
I got in touch with the tech team and they said the server load was very high. Hence, the forum was slow.
Saturday night, Sunday morning, Tuesday morning, Wednesday, Friday morning ... the date and time seems to be blurring.
Are the Tech team on the job again? ... Seems they've hit the jackpot today: Server Error, Database Error and Duplicate posting.
Please see attachments.

As i want ALWAYS to be honest, i have to say that Today, i have no problem at all, regarding all these forum problems..
Greek people has special "connections"... ))
Not ALL Greeks, John. Only me! The tech team like me!
Maybe in tech team is someone from Greece. Some Technopolis
As you know my friend, always there is a Greek, EVerywhere in the world!
k, Fotis, I can tell you....shortly you'll be part of tech team!
)
But John i know almost nothing about computer tech issues..Do you think that this will be a problem?
@Fotis: you should fit in extremely well
Then this is an opportunity for me (as you know, we have a major economic crisis in Greece) to immediately submit my CV! Who knows ...
Everything is fine now... Tech team returned update times on Saturday.

Additionally, a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
@Fotis, well...they have not received your cv! )))
No John!
In fact they received it, but the answer was(as usual)..
"Request denied"
@Fotis, see...yout post#42 is a wrong one!
Next, a Database error, which I commented on in this thread ... but it didn't get through, probably because of an Internal Server Error.
No pictures, but then you all know what those screens look like, don't you.
I think it's time to take the laptops off the techie boys and girls and sit them quietly in a corner with some crayons. Put a nice paper cloth on the table in case they scribble off the page of their colouring books ...
When I was younger I wish that every day is saturday night
Good to see tha my dreams come true
I don't have access to the forum at all using my regular ip
But i have almost perfect connection and search using another...ip.
Almost perfect connection ... what does that look like?
Now it's crashing part way through processing a reply. My answer doesn't appear in my UserCP, nor in my subscribed threads ... but, if I look in the New Posts and find the thread again, my answer IS there. 11 views, no replies, even though my answer is sitting right there.

No response from the tech team yet, or their intermediaries? Trying to work out what day of the week it is? Ho hum.
I think I'll leave it alone for a few hours, maybe come back this afternoon, or tomorrow.
Have a good day, y'all
Just throwing in my two cents here, this:
is a familiar scenario. Not overly so, but it's occurred a few times.
Also, I was unable to do anything on the site last night (I think it was shortly before midnight, maybe 11.40 or so) - couldn't open posts, refresh the index, etc etc. It's nowhere near enough to put me off visiting the site, but it would be great to get whatever issues are causing the disruption resolved.
Brendan.
