Is it only at certain times you do not get them or you do not get them at all?

I've not received any mail from the Forum for the last two days. I use Outlook for my Mail Client...Outlook checks online with Roadrunner every 5 minutes and downloads any new mail.
Not ten minutes ago I logged on to my Roadrunner account. Lo and behold, there are 35 emails from the Forum...SITTING IN THE JUNK FOLDER!!! A Roadrunner contact could not tell me why but did suggest a fix...we'll see.
