I need some tips for programs that can be used to merge several pdf's into one. Preferably free.
I just tried with Bluebeam and all images got blurred with cm sized pixels.

I bought "Smart PDF Creator Pro" - it seems to be good for that sort of thing, and I thought that it was reasonable - I even used it to submit my book!

I use "PDFCreator" although I've also used "PrimoPDF" in the past. I changed to PDFCreator in order to make use the of the excel vba/com functionallity.

In the end it turned out to be just me not understanding how to use Bluebeam, I got it to work eventually.
