Telecommunications Company looking for VBA Programming Partner / Assistance.

I am Robert Locklear, I am in need of a programmer well versed in Microsoft Excel writing VBA / Macros.. I currently have a multi Million dollar account "Annually" with a larger US based firm with over 5000 thousand employees. They are looking for me to automate the closeout documentation process for them as i am also the owner of TelecomCloseouts.com. "this website" is still under construction and until then i am in major need of assistance as i am doing things PC based via Excel / VBA and i am looking for a long time partner available to assist in the design and building of the Microsoft Excel Workbook, via writing code in VBA.

I have already began the workbook and am 85 % complete, but changes are being asked every day also., i know what the client needs and now i need a PARTNER to work along with me on a revision by revision basis as the client continues to make significant changes for all of thir emoployees and General Contractors in multiple states in the US.

I currently am not able to meet the clients demand timelines, as i am the only programmer, designer working with them on the contract. I simply need a very skilled and hard working individual i can count on and introduce into the industry and bring up to speed really qucikly.
