I have a common mailbox to which people mail reports that I need to parse to extract data.
I have Outlook Filter Rules that parcel out incoming mail into Folders named for the type of report they are, (E,g, "Daily Ops Report" or "Budget Report").
Enter the name of the mailbox in cell B1. Enter the name of the sub-folder (Processed) in Cell B5.
Fill out the name of the mail folders in Column K (Daily Ops Report, Budget Report, etc.)
Enter the Excel Path to which you want to download the attachments in Column L.
Enter in whether the messages in the folder have attachments to download.
Select the folder to process in Cell B11 and click on the Read Mail Button.
