    Tip for creating scroll bars on form controls using percentages.

    Avoid the use of vba or formulas to do this.

    This tip only works with the form control scroll bar.

    Just format the linked cell with a custom cell format like this 0"%".

    Don't use the embedded percent cell formats only a custom format.

    Only works with whole numbers not fractions of a percent.
