    Basic toolkit for VBA

    Howdy!

I'm currently working on a simple toolkit for my coworkers. I've seen way too many spreadsheets with silly sums and similar things and decided to create a "toolbox" of sorts. The idea is to create some functions that would simplify their lives.

I don't know if there is something similar here in the forum, but in any case, I would like to share what I got so far and would welcome ideas to implement and improve this toolbox. So far the kit sums and counts things that are bold, have the same font color and the same background color.

And yes, I do know that those codes are easy to find on google, the idea is to simplify the lives of those that don't know anything about macros.

Are you looking for functions others use and may consider helpful, or are you looking for things others may think would be helpful for you? If the latter, you need to let us know what type of users/business you are and what you use spreadsheets for. For starters.

This code is fine for my coworkers, they'll probably only use the sumcolor and maybe the sumbold.

I shared this idea to get extra inputs on things that other people use and consider helpful. A sort of thing to grow in the forum.

    Re: Basic toolkit for VBA

i had a similar thing for my colleague
i ended up just creating it as an ADD-IN
so it can be switched on/off depending on the spreadsheet/s he was using at the time
